Waivers 
Everybody who climbs at Rocksports needs to sign our 'waiver of liability'.
If you are under 18, this needs to be completed and signed by a parent or a suitable guardian.
If you are under 13, you will need an adult with you to manage the safety rope (a belayer). Belayers do not incur a climbing charge and one adult could easily manage several children by 'taking turns'.

This is our Kids Club for Primary School aged children, 5 to 12 years old. Detailed information is listed below.
The Rocksports Junior Team is aimed at giving High School aged children the opportunity to excel in the exciting sport of climbing, through a program of coaching, training and competitions.

How does it work?
By joining for a school term, Rocksports will provide coaches that will work with you each Saturday on an individual basis with the aim of helping you achieve your personal goals. In addition, all Junior Team Memberships entitles you to...
- Climb for free at anytime at either of our two locations.
- Also, you will recieve free equipment hire (shoes & harness only) for each visit, as well as being eligible for special discounst in our pro shop.
The team has two different times of coaching available...
Group 1. Saturday morning from 10:00am to 1:00pm
Group 2. Saturday afternoons from 2:00am to 5:00pm
It is hoped that participants will maximize their potential by taking advantage of additional training sessions that are offered during each week. These sessions are optional.
We will work closely with each team member to achieve their term goal!
The program is available to all High School aged children 13 years or older.

On each Saturday of the School term (9 weeks coaching).
Membership extends to the end of the school holidays.

Rocksports would like to offers kids aged 12 years and under the opportunity to get into the exciting sport of climbing in a fun and creative environment by joining 'Little Lizards'.
Little Lizards is our kids club. It's a great way to learn lots about climbing, meet some cool climbing mates and have heaps of fun. As well as lots of climbing, we play climbing games, solve puzzles and laugh a lot. It's awesome.
For Mum and Dad, it's easy peasy, they don't have to be the belay slave and can rest assured that their 'Little Lizard' is in good hands and is being cared for.
How does it work?
We understand that many parents have busy lives and that it can be hard to find time to come and belay for you as often as you would like, so we provide the belayers!
Our Little Lizard supervisor will be in constant attendance and belaying will be done by our trained belaying staff. (Ratio 1:3)
Little Lizards is on every Saturday of the school term
There are now two sessions to choose from:

We also understand that it can be hard to make it each week of term, so 'Little Lizards' can choose which weeks they can make it. You can elect and book for any number of visits.
Costs?
$110.00 per pass
The cost is an upfront charge for five visits. Any unused places can be redeemed next term or for casual visits. Price includes Climbing Club activities, harness hire and GST.
Bookings
Bookings are essential for each week you want to come so we can hire enough belayers! Bookings can be done on a week by week basis, subject to availability on a first come, first served basis.
